Driver and limo were great. They were on time and very nice. Easy transaction would be happy to use there service in the future. And I will let my family and friends know if they need a limo top class is the way to go.

The driver was extremely helpful and friendly. It wasn't his job to help us carry stuff out of the venue after the wedding and load the car, but he made trip after trip back inside. He was also friendly and responsive and more than willing to stick around before the wedding just in case we needed the car to make an emergency trip somewhere. I recommend Top Class Limo without any hesitation!

Top Class is exactly as their name says, Top Class. The driver who took my mother, my father and I to the ceremony on my wedding day was wonderful. Very nice, helped me to get all my stuff in the car, and stayed after the ceremony to have my husband and I take pictures with the Rolls Royce! I would definitely recommend Top Class!

On October 8, 2011, I was maid of honor at my brothers wedding. during the planning process, we had the pleasure of working with THE most professional limousine service ever. Top Class really picked a perfcet name for themselves. There service was amazing. Gianna and Lauren made sure that everything for that day was perfcet. They contacted us in advance to verify routes and were extremely accomodating when there were changes. The limos arrived on time the day of and the ride was excellent. The drivers were fantastic, friendly, and respectful. I would highly reccommend Top Class to everyone and cant wait to use them for my own wedding one day. Thank you again for all that you have done and for what you will do in the future! 5 stars for Top Class!

The drivers were on time and treated everyone with kindness. The cars were clean and shiny. The bride truly felt like a princess with all the attention the driver showed to her. The office help were exceptionally patient with all my confirmation calls and concerns. Lauren actually gave me her cell number because she was going to be off the day of the wedding but wanted me to be able to contact her if there was a problem.

Top Class was great. There was a different transportation company recommended to us from the hotel we were booking in, so I called Company 1 and Top Class. Like anyone else, we wanted some comparison. I called Top Class and got a Lauren on the phone, right away. I left a message on a machine for Company1. 3 days later, no response from Company 1.... That was the beginning and end of Company 1 Long story short...Top Class was so extremely responsive from beginning to end. Lauren made changes when we had to make changes. Pricing was fair and felt right.The best part of Top Class was the Rolls Royce driver, Joe, that was even keel and got my wife to the church-stress free. Or at least as much as he could...Great Job by Top Class. I would definitely use these guys again! Thanks Lauren and Joe!

Not only are the drivers proffessional but they really are sweet and kind! I started getting nervous in the limo as I was waiting to be taken into the church and my driver said some really kind words to me. Outstanding service! On time and on point with everything!

Top Class Limousine was excellent! I called them based on the reviews I read on WeddingWire and I'm 110% happy. From my initial call, I knew things would work out, but I just wasn't ready to book. Without being overwhelming, Top Class continued to follow up with me and I eventually made the trip to check out their cars. Everyone was super nice and professional and one of the drivers was even nice enough to give me a ride back to the Metro North station; I booked the very next day and I have no regrets! When I was looking for suggestions on where to take pictures and where to host the rehearsal dinner (all near the wedding venue), I called Top Class and even though that's not their line of business, they gave me great ideas and information that I actually used. My car was right on time and fully stocked; air was nice and cool...no complaints at all. Brides-to-be...book w/Top Class now and move on to the many other items on your "to do" list!!!

I just want to thank Lauren and the staff at Top Class Limo for providing us with wonderful and professional service from day one! Lauren was patient with me, answering all my questions and addressing all my concerns. She assured me that everything would be wonderful on our day and it was! our Driver Alex was awesome! he was professional, courteous and patient and went above and beyond. It rained on our day and he helped us all out of the limo with umbrellas and it was a wonderful day and Top Class helped to make that happen!

Overall, my husband and I were pleased with Top Class Limo. The limo and rolls royce driver were extremely nice, and were always ready with umbrellas the day of our wedding (it literally POURED all day; most rain in the NYC area in history). The cars were beautiful, and most importantly, they were on time (even a little early) to pick us up. When the Bronx River Parkway closed due to the rain, they stayed calm and got us where we had to go. My only criticism was that there was some mix up with my aisle runner in the church-- not sure what happened, but somehow, it ended up upside down and it had to be turned over... minor problem. I just recommend that you put one of your groomsmen in charge of placing it down if you can.
