Sweet On You

Sweet on You accommodated our unusual request - we asked for 27 different cakes, each with a different flavor and decorated differently. We used a cake as the centerpiece for each table. The cakes were beautiful and delicious (our friends and family are still raving, months later). They were well-packaged and reasonably priced.

I ordered a custom cake for my sister's spa party bridal shower. I gave Sweet on You a photo of a hot tub cake that I wanted them to make with some modifications to the design. I was assured that they were capable of making this design. When placing the order, I also specified that I needed the cake first thing in the morning (8:30 am) as the party would be in Vermont and we were driving up the day before.On the day of pick up, I arrived at 9 am and the cake was not ready yet. In fact, it was not even close to being done. The cake was rushed to completion and looked horrible. We were unable to display the cake at the party. It was cut up and served without being seen. Once the cake was cut, I discovered that they didn't even use the filling that I asked for. The cake itself was extremely dry.What was supposed to be a highlight of our shower party was a complete disaster.

Sweet on You had provided our wedding cake. I don't mind paying a premium for premium quality and service, however, premium is a complete stretch. The taste of the cake was good, however, the cake did not look like the picture we had provided. Nothing seemed to go smoothly, including the delivery, which occurred during the reception. Then we continued to receive collection calls during our Honeymoon from the owner informing us that they never received payment. Meanwhile, payment had been provided in full. The "icing on the cake" is we never received the cake that was promised to us for our one year anniversary.A wedding day is stressful enough. Sweet on you added to the stress. I certainly would NOT recommend Sweet on You to anyone or use them again. There are plenty of good bakeries to use. Don't make the same mistake I did.

Everything was wonderful!! Our Wedding cupcakes were visually beautiful and tasted equally AMAZING! Guests were requesting taking home containers at the end of the night. Rebecca really worked closely with myself and my husband to help us get exactly what we wanted. I would recommend her again & again. Definately 5 stars!!!

I came upon Sweet On You by chance and the owner Rebecca was by far the most wonderful person to deal with. We had a tasting and decided among many choices of cakes and fillings. You would have thought it was her event as she followed each and every step and was never out of the loop. The cake, which I didn't see until the day of the party was fabulous. Better than I could have imagined. I also ordered cupcakes (small replicas of the larger cake) for the guests to take home as favors. These smaller gems were exceptional. Even the packaging was beautiful.Choosing Sweet On You will be a decision you will not regret. You will have a beautiful cake fit for any centerpiece, an amazingly delicious dessert and a hassle-free experience.
