Lovely Cakes

Words can not express what I felt when I laid eyes on my cake from Lovely Cakes....it was Ah-mazing! My guests could not stop photographing it, they thought it was a card box not cake! It was so fun and exactly what I had chosen from all of Renata's beautiful designs. It was delivered on-time and absolutley delicious (we had the tuxedo cake with chocolate ganache...yum! Can't wait to eat the top in a year!) I would recommend Lovely Cakes to any couple who wants a perfect cake for their perfect day...we got just that! Can't wait for our next party so we can see what Renata comes up with next!

Thank you Renata for the awesome Wedding Cake and Wedding Cupcakes!We didn't actually cut the cake because it was too beautiful and we wanted to keep it for our first anniversary! It was an absolute pleasure to work with Renata of Lovely Cakes. I had a unique idea for my wedding cake, and had approached several vendors about the project. When I spoke Renata I could immediately tell that she was confident and knowledgeable. She quickly arranged a meeting with me where we discussed the details of the project. She offered great advice, and together we laid out the plans for my cake. When the big day came I felt totally confident about the cake, and was not disappointed! The cake was absolutely beautiful, exactly what I wanted, and tasted delicious. I received so many compliments, especially on the tastiness of the fondant, and the delicate beauty of her sugar flowers. Renata had created Red Gerber Daisies for the cake that were so real that many of the guests could not tell the difference between them and the fresh flowers right below the cake plate. It was really amazing. I would happily recommend Lovely Cakes to anyone. If you are looking for a friendly baker with creativity, professionalism, and skill, you won't be let down.

Renata of Lovely Cakes was a joy to work with. We went into our meeting with her with an idea for a topsy-turvy circusy cake for our wedding, and she took us tier by tier designing colors and patterns. The finished product was beyond our highest expectations. It was a real masterpiece and totally unique. EVERYONE commented on how awesome it was. Aside from its looks, the flavor (we went for chocolate and peanut butter) was amazing. Definitely the best wedding cake I've ever tasted. We were extremely happy with the whole experience.

Lovely Cakes was extremely professional and provided us with the exact cake we wanted. Even during the tasting we were given three four inch cakes to take home and sample. Every cake flavor was delicious and we ended up using all three flavors for our cake. We were very happy with the result as were all of our guests!

There is a photo of my husband and I standing next to our wedding cake with me near tears because I didnt want to cut it. Forget cake-this is ART! Some bakeries will have you go through a catalog and pick out your cookie-cutter cake. Some will try to push you into doing what they think you should do, whats popular, what "all the brides are doing", etc. And there is the rare person who does exactly what YOU want, and that person is Renata. Our wedding was in an aquarium and we wanted an aquarium/sea life theme cake. All of the other cake designers tried to push the beach theme. The flip-flops, the seashells, the starfish. I told Renata I want an underwater theme, not beach theme, and basically gave her carte blanche to come up with a design. I saw my cake and nearly cried, it was so beautiful. She made, by hand, the most beautiful colorful fish, sea turtles, sea rays, coral, sea grass, I could not believe it. They were so intricate and detailed I thought they were going to come alive. She also made-by hand- a gorgeous dolphin cake topper our of sugar (which someone unfortunately broke, but lets not go there). EVERYONE was amazed and was talking about the cake and taking pictures of it. In addition to being gorgeous, it was also delicious! Renata has several combinations of cakes and fillings and can adjust the flavors to your taste. If you want a creative and unusual cake design, look no further!

I got my husband's grooms cake from Lovely Cakes. It was absolutely amazing! It was much better than I could have imagined. I ordered a Buffalo Bills Stadium cake and it was like looking at a model. Guests had a hard time believing it was actually cake! I'd definitely recommend Lovely Cakes.
