Pam is extremely responsive to our questions. We ordered round cookies with the our names and date of the wedding in silver and the color of the cookie to match the bridesmaid dresses (eggplant). Pam was not satisfied with the first two versions and would not sign off until she was happy the color matched - it did!! She is very conscientious and wanted to ensure that we were happy with the final product and we were!! We would recommend her for cookie favors. She packages the cookies in a cellophane wrapper and then put the cellophane wrapper in a beautiful silver bag. very elegant.
